These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and the rules made thereunder. These Terms do not require any digital or electronic signature.

2.2. Users must not modify any printed or digital materials from Carinfo services, nor use graphics separately from the accompanying text.

2.3. By accessing Carinfo Services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2.4. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their user ID and password. Unauthorized account access must be reported immediately. Users shall not create multiple accounts or use their account for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purposes.

2.5. Users must be Indian citizens, legally eligible to avail of services, and must provide valid identity proof and residential address proof as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and as may be specified by us for Know Your Customer requirements. Users must be at least 21 years old however, individuals aged 18 to 21 years may also avail of services provided they apply jointly with a co- applicant. Users must not impersonate others, misrepresent their identity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their age, identity, or affiliation with any person or entity.

2.6. Users must have a valid email address and valid mobile number where they want to receive OTP and other communications from Carinfo. Users must have an updated UIDAI (Aadhaar) number and other valid address proof of address with their name on it in case residential address is not the same as mentioned in UIDAI (Aadhaar). While creating the User Account you will be asked to provide certain information which may include your personal details (like name, address, date of birth, father's name, mother's name, your photograph etc.), contact details (like your residential address, email address, telephone/ mobile number etc.), business, credit and financial information, log information like your search queries, IP address, crashes, date and time, actual location, browser web storage, application data caches, Cookies and similar technologies (collectively and individually referred as, "Customer Data").

2.7. The Company neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials on this site will not infringe rights of third parties not affiliated with the Company. Unauthorised use of this website, any information contained therein and unauthorised entry into the Company’s systems is strictly prohibited. Further, you may not use contact information provided on the site for unauthorized purposes, including marketing. You may not use any hardware or software intended to damage or interfere with the proper working of the site or to surreptitiously intercept any system, data or personal information from the site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site in any way. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or terminate your access to or use of the site at any time without notice. Termination of your access or use will not waive or affect any other right or relief to which The Company may be entitled at law or in equity.

2.8. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the App.

2.10. Carinfo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your prior consent. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of CARS24.

You represent that You are legally competent to contract under applicable laws and that all information provided by You while using the Platform is true, complete, and accurate.

You agree not to: Use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorised purpose, misrepresent Your identity or impersonate another person, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse any part of the Platform.

Carinfo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms.

The services offered by Carinfo include:

5.1 Company may as a result of your interaction with the Services hold and process personal information obtained about you. When you access the Services and provide information the same will be deemed as your authorisation to Company (i) to use it for making lending decisions or decision to provide any Services (ii) to other service providers for offer various products and services which you may need (iii) for fraud prevention and debt collection(iv) to understand your financial needs (v) servicing Company relationship with you and to conduct Company’s business and to provide you with better customer services and products.

5.2 You grant Company authority to pass such information to other agents as permitted by law so that they may do the same and they may pass information held by them about you to Company so that Company may do the same.

By using the CarInfo App/Site, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your information, including personal information, for the purpose of providing and improving CarInfo’s services. CarInfo may collect information such as your name, contact details, vehicle-related information, location data, device and technical information, and usage data. Where permitted and subject to device permissions, CarInfo may access SMS or similar digital content solely to enable vehicle-related features, reminders, or services on the App/Site.

You authorize CarInfo to share your information with its group companies, affiliates, service providers, and third-party partners offering services through the App/Site, strictly on a need-to- know basis. CarInfo shall not be responsible for the privacy practices or actions of such third parties. Your information may be used to provide services, send service-related communications and reminders, improve products and features, conduct analytics, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to queries, and enforce applicable terms and policies.

CarInfo may disclose your information where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from governmental or statutory authorities.

7.2 Disclaimer

CarInfo does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information sourced from third parties and shall not be responsible for any third-party content or services accessed through the App/Site. Vehicle and related data is sourced from third-party contracts, user submissions, and publicly available databases. While reasonable efforts are made, CarInfo does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Users acknowledge that CarInfo is not liable for errors, discrepancies, or consequences arising from reliance on such information and agree to independently verify critical information

7.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarInfo and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the App/Site or violation of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including content, software, trademarks, logos, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Carinfo. No right or license is granted to You except for limited use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Carinfo may collect personal and non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with the application. Such information may include, without limitation name, contact details, browser type, device type, operating system, internet service provider, and other technical information relating to a user’s means of connection to the application.

Carinfo uses collected information solely to improve user experience and service delivery, including to personalise user experience, operate, maintain, improve, and develop its services, and to communicate with users through emails, push notifications, service-related messages (such as account verification, order confirmations, feature updates, technical notices, and security alerts). Personal and Non-personal information may also be used for internal analytics, market research, and promotional purposes, including recommending relevant applications or services.

Carinfo may disclose personal information and non- personal information to its affiliates, subsidiary companies, group entities, or trusted third parties, subject to user consent and in accordance with applicable laws. CarInfo acts strictly as a lead generator for its regulated partners, including CARS24 Financial Services Private Limited. By clicking on loan-related icons or banners, you will be redirected to the partner’s platform to complete your application for Personal Loans or Loans Against Car. CarInfo does not facilitate "payday" or short-term loans (repayment <60 days) and does not act as a lender or decision-maker in the loan approval process. All credit terms, including Interest Rates, APR, and Tenures, are provided solely by the partner NBFC.

By using the CarInfo App/Site, you expressly consent to being contacted by CarInfo, and its group- associated companies, affiliates, and authorized partners via telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic modes, for the purpose of providing information about products, services, offers, promotions, reminders, and updates, whether offered by CarInfo or its partner service providers.

You acknowledge that such communications may be sent using automated or manual means. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to arbitration, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

Carinfo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Platform after such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
