How to Register a Vehicle in RTO Odisha
You have to register your vehicle in the Odisha RTO to use your vehicle legally on the road. Your local RTO can complete this according to your residential address, which you can do online or by visiting the RTO.

How to Apply for a Driving Licence in Odisha Online?
For Learner’s Licence (LL):

- Select the State “Odisha”.
- Click on "Apply for Learner Licence" appearing under Learner’s Licence section.
