    How to Pay AP E Challan Offline

    In case you prefer not to pay online, no worries, you can pay your e challan Andhra Pradesh by using one of these offline options:

    Pay at the AP Traffic Police Office

    Go to the nearest Traffic Police Station in your city (Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, etc.). Provide your vehicle number or challan printout and pay by cash or by card. Be sure to receive a payment receipt for future reference.

      Pay Through the Traffic Police on the Spot

      If an officer issues a challan during an inspection, you can pay immediately using the officer's POS machine that can be used via UPI, Debit/Credit card, or cash (If allowed). Make sure to always ask for an SMS or printed receipt after the payment.

        Via AP MeeSeva Centers

        1. Go to a nearby MeeSeva center in your city or town.
        2. Provide your vehicle registration number or challan number.
        3. The officers will fetch your challan from the Government Database.
        4. Make the payment, and you will receive a printed acknowledgment slip.

        How to Dispute an Andhra Pradesh Challan

        If there is a wrong AP e challan issued against your vehicle, you can raise a dispute through the formal channels. Here is how to do it:

        Go to the Parivahan Grievance Portal

        Access the official website - https://parivahan.gov.in - and find the “Grievance” tab in the e-challan services.

        Organize your evidence to support your dispute. You could include:

        • Dashcam footage
        • Parking slips
        • Toll receipts or GPS location history
        • Images or documents showing your vehicle was elsewhere

        Complete a Dispute Form

        Put the correct vehicle registration number, challan number, and upload all files. In the explanation area of the form, specify the details of your dispute.

        Wait for Verification

        Your complaint will be forwarded to be verified by the Andhra Pradesh RTO or traffic department. Once verified, the wrongful challan could be cancelled or amended.

        Go to the Traffic Police Headquarters (if required)

        In the event that you receive no communication in a few working days or if the matter is urgent, you may go to the nearest traffic police office, or the Traffic. Make sure you bring the originals and photocopies of all the relevant documents, such as your vehicle RC, driving licence and the e-challan notice.

        Appear at the virtual court or at the physical court (if needed)

        In some cases, if the matter is unresolved through the Andhra Pradesh Traffic Police, the e challan can be moved to the Virtual Court Andhra Pradesh, or Metropolitan Magistrate Court. Here you'll have the opportunity to challenge the fine with your proof. You can check the status of court cases or the hearing dates pertaining to your challan at https://vcourts.gov.in
