If you do not pay your Haryana challan on time, it can really land you in a lot of legal trouble and financial headache. According to rules and regulations relating to traffic in Haryana, if you do not pay your challan within 60 days of it being issued:

How to Pay Haryana E Challan Offline?
If you prefer to make a Haryana traffic challan payment offline, here are the available options:
Visit Traffic Police Station
Head to your nearest outpost with these in hand:
- Your driver’s license
- A proof of address (like your Aadhaar card or driver’s license)
- A valid ID (passport, voter card, etc.)

How to Dispute a Wrong E Challan in Haryana?
Visit the Haryana Police Citizen Services Portal
• Go to the Haryana Police Citizen Services portal
• Register or log in using your "Harsamay" citizen login credentials.
• Navigate to the Complaint section to submit your grievance.
Submit a Complaint via Email
• Send an email with your dispute to hpsa-cell.pol@hry.gov.in.
• Include Your name, vehicle number, challan number as well as proof that supports your claim are important pieces of information to add. For example you can send photographs, videos, or documents.

• Follow Up: Within 15 working days if you don't receive any response, repeat the communication through similar channels.
