How to Pay Chennai Traffic Challan Offline
At Chennai Traffic Police Station

If you got a wrong e challan in Chennai, you can dispute it, using the steps below:
Go to the Parivahan Grievance Portal
Access the official website - https://parivahan.gov.in - and find the “Grievance” tab in the e-challan services.
Organize your evidence to support your dispute. You could include:
• Dashcam footage
• Parking slips
• Toll receipts or GPS location history
• Images or documents showing your vehicle was elsewhere
Complete a Dispute Form
Put the correct vehicle registration number, challan number, and upload all files. In the explanation area of the form, specify the details of your dispute.
Wait for Verification
Your complaint will be forwarded to be verified by the Chennai RTO or traffic department. Once verified, the wrongful challan could be cancelled or amended.
Go to the Traffic Police Headquarters (if required)
In the event that you receive no communication in a few working days or if the matter is urgent, you may go to the nearest traffic police office, or the Traffic.
