How to Pay Mumbai Traffic Police Challan Offline
You can pay your Mumbai e Challan offline by following the methods below:
Visit the nearest Mumbai Traffic Police station
- Carry your challan SMS or vehicle number.
- You can pay by cash, card or UPI (if you have the option).
- Take the payment receipt.
Pay at RTO (Regional Transport Office) Mumbai
- Walk into the concerned RTO branch with your vehicle details.

Online via Maharashtra E-Challan Portal
• Go to: mahatrafficechallan.gov.in
• Log in with vehicle number and last 4 digits of chassis or engine.
• Click on the “Raise Objection” or “Dispute Challan” button.
• Upload clear evidence:Pictures of your vehicle, timestamped location, RC, etc.
• After you submit, remember the grievance ID to track.
