How to Register a Vehicle in RTO Bihar
All motor vehicles in Bihar must be registered under the Motor Vehicles Act before they can be legally used on public roads. When a vehicle is purchased from a dealer, it is usually issued a temporary registration number, which is valid for 30 days. The owner must apply for permanent registration at the RTO before the 30-day period expires.

How to Transfer Vehicle Ownership in Bihar

How to Renew RC in Bihar RTO
The validity of the Registration Certificate (RC) of a private vehicle in Bihar is for 15 years. After 15 years from the initial date of registration, you will be required to renew it every 5 years to drive on public roads legally.

How to Pay Road Tax in Bihar
- Visit the official Bihar Transport Department site
- Navigate to the Tax Payment area on the Homepage.

High-Security Number Plate (HSRP) for Vehicles in Bihar
