How to Register a Vehicle in RTO West Bengal
If you have bought a new vehicle in West Bengal, you must register it at your nearest RTO before you can drive it on the road. The registration process is done under the Motor Vehicles Act and must be completed within 7 days of delivery of the vehicle.

Driving Licence Process in West Bengal RTO
A person must have a valid driving licence (DL) given by the RTO West Bengal, to legally drive a motor vehicle in West Bengal.
