I was driving through the Park Circus connector when I learned that an e-challan had been issued earlier. I checked it here using my vehicle number, and the details appeared clearly. It helped me understand the exact violation without visiting the traffic office.

Organize your evidence to support your dispute. You could include:

    • Dashcam footage
    • Parking slips
    • Toll receipts or GPS location history
    • Images or documents showing your vehicle was elsewhere

    Complete a Dispute Form

    Wait for Verification

Your complaint will be forwarded to be verified by the West Bengal RTO or traffic department. Once verified, the wrongful challan could be cancelled or amended.

Go to the Traffic Police Headquarters (if required)

In the event that you receive no communication in a few working days or if the matter is urgent, you may go to the nearest traffic police office, or the Traffic.
