E-Challan Faridabad: Check and Pay Traffic Challan Online

You can settle your challans through two primary online methods: CarInfo and Parivahan.

Faridabad Offline E Challan Payment

While online payments are easy and quick, some drivers prefer the offline route particularly if they want to clarify violation details with an officer, are uncomfortable with using online payments, or just need a paper receipt immediately.

Here’s how to pay your challan offline:

1. Go to the Nearest Faridabad Traffic Police Office or RTO
   Traffic police offices are located all across Faridabad city. The central office in the Sector 12 area is easily accessible by many residents. For the closest branch, you can either call the Faridabad traffic police helpline or obtain the addresses on their active website.
2. Share your Challan or Vehicle Details
   You should show a printed copy of your e-challan or the SMS alert you received. If you don’t have those documents, simply share your vehicle registration number or DL number, and the officer will be able to verify your pending challan via the database.
3. Payment
   Most counters will accept cash, debit/credit cards, and UPI. You need to pay the full amount of the challan in one go as you are not allowed to make partial payments.
4. Collect Your Receipt
   Once you have made payment, you will be given an original signed receipt stamped with clearance proof. Keep this receipt for potential future disputes.
