Ownership Transfer of Vehicles in Bengaluru
When you are buying/selling a vehicle, bicycle or motor vehicle, the transfer of ownership must be done.
To transfer ownership:
- Go to the Bengaluru RTO.
- Submit Form 29 & Form 30 (signed by both).
- Submit:
- Original RC
- Insurance and PUC certificate
- Proof of buyer's address
- PAN/Form 60

Driving License Services in Bengaluru
The process for getting a Driving Licence in Bengaluru:
- Apply for a Learner’s Licence (LL).
- After 30 days, you can apply for a Permanent DL through sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
- Upload documents (ID proof, address proof, age proof, copy of LL).
- Get an appointment slot at your RTO in Bengaluru and go for a driving test with your own vehicle.
- If you pass your test, you will receive your DL through the post.
